For me I want to get my emotions in check, particularly anxiety and frustration so I don't let them sabotage my efforts and just to be happy being me!   2. Thanks so much! Definitely add me to your blogroll. Anxiety and frustration is difficult. Acupuncture REALLY helped me with anxiety.I think exercise helps ease my frustrations because I definitely used to feel that way a lot and don't as much. In general learning to need less control eased that perhaps? I dunno...your comment got me thinking. Love it!

  3. Thanks I'll look into the acupuncture! Anxiety is definitely a prevalent issue for me and yes you are right exercise helps the frustration, hmm I'll have to think about my need for control, you've got a valid point there! :-)
